Material is handled in an appropriate manner to protect it from damage and deterioration. All material is properly stored in a temperature-controlled environment.
- Material is stored by type, specification, and condition.
- Customer supplied material is segregated from purchased material and identified.
- All purchased material is marked with the P.O. number plus type and condition for traceability to certification.
- Stock items are properly stored and issued on first-in first-out bases.
- Life limited items are identified by P.O. number plus received date and expiration date.
- Expiration dates on life-limited items are checked once a month by means of a quality audit.
- All material is properly stored and handled to prevent damage to the material.
- Material is stored indoors in a temperature-controlled facility.
- Shearing capacity is 3/8” thick x 120”.
- Material Safety Date Sheets (MSDS) are kept current and available to all employees and customers if required.
- All certification documents are scanned and readily available through our JobBOSS system by just entering the P. O. number in the computer and printing the scanned certificate.
