Inspection of all parts, first article reports, comformity reports, material certifications, fluorescent liquid penetrant inspection per ASTM E 1417.
After final inspection, all parts are Identified using the Linx Jet Ink Printer from Matthews International.
The Quality Control department assures that all parts, assemblies and/or products are manufactured in accordance with current specifications, standards, drawings, and pertinent FAA Regulations.

The following are some of the capabilities of the Quality Control Department:
- First Article Inspection (FAI)
- Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Fluorescent Liquid Penetrant Inspection per ASTM E 1417, utilizing Level I and II trained and certified Inspectors.
- TCMax, a tool management system which allows a tool crib to quickly issue and turn in tools. It maintains permanent records of tools and where they where used, while monitoring calibration and inspection dates.
- Precision measuring tools are used and calibrated on a regular basis with records kept on file.
- Tool Calibration services available for other Companies.
- Training: All inspectors are properly trained in relation to their job function and current training records are maintained.
- FAA Conformity: Conformities are coordinated through the customer to meet customer requirements.
- Incoming Inspection: Parts and material are checked to verify proper documentation, condition of item being received and proper identification.
- In-Process Inspection: Performed through the use of work travelers with in-iprocess inspection buy-offs at critical steps of the job.
- Final Inspection: Parts are inspected to verify compliance with applicable specification, drawings, and processes to comply with customer’s requirements.
- All records after final inspection are kept on file for a minimum of
2 yrs.
- Quarterly Self-Audits: To assure we are in compliance with our quality system, FAA requirements, and customer requirements.
- Monthly tracking of items manufactured and acceptance rate.
