Our new composite facility has the latest state-of-the-art
equipment including a 22 foot processing oven, dual paint
booths with bake cycle, clean rooms, tooling, manufacturing and CNC 5 axis machining capabilities to meet your composite needs.
We can provide an array of composite components such as aircraft interior headliners, sidewalls, window reveals, valances, overlays, cabinetry components, custom showers and lavatory pieces as well as aerodynamic fairings and exterior components. We use the latest software to develop CNC Tooling and Masters from customer drawings, original parts, conceptual drawings or we can come to your location and provide custom laser scanning and lofting on your aircraft. |
